Creziapro started because too many small businesses get overcharged, ghosted, and confused by tech agencies. We built something different: a team that listens, explains things in plain English, and delivers web, mobile app, AI, and marketing work that actually moves the business.
The story behind Creziapro
It started with frustration. The three of us — Madan, Revanth, and Harsha — spent enough time around Indian startups and small businesses to see the same pattern over and over: overcharged, underserved, and confused by tech vendors who cared more about buzzwords than actual results.
So we built Creziapro together with one simple idea: what if a digital agency actually treated clients like humans?

Creziapro is a Karnataka-based digital agency co-founded by Madan, Revanth, and Harsha — two developers and a growth lead. We work on web development, mobile apps, AI automation, custom software, and digital marketing for startups and small businesses. Registered as an MSME in India (UDYAM-KR-03-0465772), invoicing in INR, and committed to clean code, transparent process, and clear pricing on every engagement.

Milestone-based payments — never 100% upfront
Default is 50% to start, 50% on delivery. Larger projects ship in sprints with payments tied to acceptance, so the financial risk is shared.
Weekly demos. Never a 'big reveal'.
You see working software at the end of every sprint. If we drift from the brief, you catch it in week 2 — not at launch when it's too late to course-correct.
30-day free fix warranty
Any bug we shipped is fixed at our cost for 30 days post-launch. Beyond that, support is on a clear retainer — not a surprise invoice.

INR-priced, written quotes, no surprise fees
Every invoice is in INR with the rate and scope signed off before work starts. We're MSME-registered in India; GST is added only if we are registered for it on the invoice date — never silently. Change requests are quoted, not assumed.
