Creziapro ("Creziapro", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how we use and store it, and the rights you have over your data.
This policy applies to https://creziapro.com, our contact and enquiry forms, project communications, and any related services delivered by Creziapro. By using our website or engaging us for services, you agree to the practices described below.
1. Information we collect
1.1 Information you provide directly
- Contact and enquiry data — name, email, phone number, company name (optional), service interest, project description, approximate budget range, and any other information you submit through our contact form, WhatsApp chat, email, or phone calls.
- Project and engagement data — files, credentials, brand assets, business documents, and any other content you share with us so we can deliver the agreed services.
- Billing data — billing name, address, GSTIN (where applicable), and payment-method details processed via our payment gateway. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Newsletter subscription — your email address if you subscribe to our updates.
1.2 Information collected automatically
- Usage and device data — IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, time spent, and clicks. Collected via Google Analytics and our hosting provider's standard logs.
- Cookies and similar technologies — small text files stored in your browser to enable core site functionality, measure traffic, and improve our content. See section 5 for details and controls.
1.3 Information from third parties
We may receive limited information from authentication providers (Google, GitHub, etc. if you sign in), payment processors, and advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta) — for example, conversion confirmations and audience segments. We do not receive your password or full card data from these providers.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to enquiries, send quotes, and schedule calls.
- To deliver, support, and improve the services you engage us for.
- To issue invoices, process payments, and meet our tax and accounting obligations under Indian law (Income Tax Act, MSME compliances, and GST where applicable).
- To communicate with you about your project — milestones, reviews, support requests, and similar operational messages.
- To send marketing or newsletter content if you opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by writing to hello@creziapro.com.
- To monitor security, detect abuse, and protect our website and services from fraud or misuse.
- To comply with applicable laws, court orders, and legitimate regulatory requests.
3. Legal bases for processing
Where applicable, we rely on the following legal bases for processing your personal data under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and similar laws:
- Consent — when you submit our contact form, subscribe to our newsletter, or accept cookies.
- Performance of a contract — when we need your data to deliver a service you've engaged us for.
- Legal obligation — to meet tax, accounting, and compliance requirements.
- Legitimate interests — to keep our website secure, prevent fraud, and improve our services in ways that don't override your rights and freedoms.
4. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in the following limited cases:
- Service providers (data processors) who help us run our business, such as:
- Supabase — database and authentication
- Google Workspace — email, calendar, and document storage
- Google Analytics — anonymised website traffic measurement
- Payment gateways — Razorpay, Stripe, or similar, for invoice payments
- Hosting and CDN providers — Vercel, Cloudflare, AWS, or similar
- WhatsApp Business — for client conversations you initiate
- Professional advisers — accountants, auditors, and lawyers under confidentiality.
- Authorities when required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
- Business transfers — if Creziapro is acquired, merges, or restructures, your data may transfer to the successor entity. You will be notified of any change in data control.
5. Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences, secure forms, and measure traffic. The main categories are:
- Strictly necessary — required for the site to function (sessions, form submissions). These cannot be disabled.
- Analytics — Google Analytics 4 (GA-ID configurable) to understand which pages perform well. IPs are anonymised where supported.
- Advertising — only set if you choose to engage with our paid campaigns; we do not run third-party retargeting on this domain by default.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings or opt out of Google Analytics using the official opt-out add-on.
6. Data retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy:
- Enquiries that don't convert — up to 24 months, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
- Active and past clients — for the duration of the engagement plus 8 years after, in line with Indian tax and accounting record-keeping requirements.
- Newsletter subscribers — until you unsubscribe.
- Server and analytics logs — typically 14 months for analytics and 90 days for security logs.
7. Data security
We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data, including:
- HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data in transit
- Encrypted storage at rest with our database and storage providers
- Role-based access controls — only authorised team members access client data, and only when required to do so
- Regular software updates, dependency scanning, and backups
- NDA and confidentiality clauses with every team member and subcontractor
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. If we become aware of a personal data breach affecting you, we will notify you and the relevant authorities without undue delay, in accordance with applicable law.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law (including India's DPDP Act, 2023), you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erase your data, subject to our legal retention obligations.
- Withdraw consent for processing where consent is the legal basis.
- Object to direct marketing at any time.
- Lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India or another competent authority.
- Nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of your death or incapacity (DPDP Act).
To exercise any of these rights, email hello@creziapro.com with "Privacy Request" in the subject line. We will respond within 30 days.
9. International data transfers
We are based in India. Some of our service providers (e.g., Google, Vercel, Cloudflare, Stripe) may store and process data outside India. Where this happens, we rely on contractual safeguards required by applicable law and the standards published by those providers.
10. Children's privacy
Our services are intended for businesses and individuals aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18. If you believe we hold data of a minor, contact us at hello@creziapro.com and we will delete it.
11. Third-party links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites and tools. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We recommend you review them.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of the page and, for material changes, notify you via email or a prominent notice on the site.
